Requests for cancellation need to be made in writing to societyagp@gmail.com.

Cancellations prior to 30 September will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 30 Sept and 17 October will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after 17 October are non refundable. All cancellations will incur a $55 cancellation fee.
